Snaglee, LLC (“Snaglee,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Snaglee platform at snaglee.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

• Billing and payment information (processed securely via our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

• Merchants: When you purchase a Deal Voucher, the Merchant receives your name and contact information solely for the purpose of honoring the deal. Merchants may not use your data to build marketing lists or share it with third parties without your separate consent.
• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (email delivery, payment processing, analytics, cloud hosting) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for providing services to Snaglee.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Snaglee and its users.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

We share data with the following third-party services, each under contract to protect your data:

Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel only load if you give explicit consent via our cookie banner.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-Out of Marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us

• Object — Opt out of marketing at any time via email preferences or unsubscribe links
• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Snaglee does not sell personal information.
• Wisconsin Residents: We comply with all applicable Wisconsin privacy statutes.

• PCI-compliant payment processing (card data is tokenized and never stored on our servers)

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and by using the Platform you acknowledge this risk.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users via email within 72 hours and report to the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@snaglee.com.
